It’s great but the straps don’t stay when you pull them to tighten (as shown in online videos). The only way to get it to stay at the desired height is to MacGyver Jerry rig - by drawing the strap over and through the closed door, and then also the friction of the sticky pad (if you put it on the hook) and weight of the mat prevents the rope from sliding down. This is a great handheld steamer that is incredibly quick to heat up and ready for action in less than a minute. I have a full size clothes steamer, but this one is perfect for quick touch ups when you don’t want to pull out the big guns. It arrived quickly and the box had no visible damage. I filled up the tank with water and immediately leaked. There doesn't appear to be any cracks. I used super glue to fill the gap at the seams and that stopped the leak. I plugged it in and within 15 seconds it started steaming. I steamed a shirt in no time. I like the weight of the iron. The handle is very comfortable. It heats up nicely. The main problem is that the water compartment is dark and it's impossible to see the water level! This is a big upgrade from my cheap black and decker iron. This iron gets hotter and makes more steam then my old one.
