I do love the bed. One suggestion: I tried to get the shipping date changed before I even placed the order. You cannot change it online. So I called and was told by an associate that it could be done. It was a difficult process and in the end, the bed was delivered on the original date! It’s a super pretty bed and exactly what I wanted but we got a memory foam mattress that comes in a box and since there isn’t enough wood slats that go across, the mattress was falling to the floor through the very large gaps. We were able to just get pieces of ply-wood cut to put under the mattress and that seems to be working fine! Other than that it was super easy to put together. There's a little splintering starting now that my kids are bigger, but this was a great bunkbed for the price. There were stickers on each piece and some had been painted over, but nothing in super visible areas.
