Man was I disappointed. I ordered the set, nightstand and dresser. The Nightstand was assembled first and I have to say it was the best piece of furniture I have ever put together, and I have out together my fair share, a lot. The directions were perfect, all hardware was labeled and neatly placed in a bag. The furniture pieces were packaged super well, and made as a quality piece. Then came the dresser, The first one was damaged during shipment, so never got to me and was RT 2 Sender, RP came in and the box was banged up, ripped on corners exposing the inner contents, and the pieces were scratched, chipped and damaged. I am so upset. I had such high hopes for this Co and Furniture. Now I cannot attest too if its the shipper, supplier if the shipment box was done well, but from the inside it looked as if the pieces were tossed in there and not set up neatly like the smaller piece was. There should of been two boxes to allow for lighter shipment, and easier packing of the pieces- Not Shoved all in one box to where the box expands, tears, and cannot be carried safely. I have many pics. Fed Ex was so careless and tossed the box, causing it to rip and bang up, they didn't use a hand truck to carry the 100lb box but instead tried to be macho and carry it, making them drop it and drag it.. was insane. I felt as if there was no quality control, and to be honest I am not even sure if this is an actual New item, or if the damaged RT was just sent back to me, as I never saw the original. I will be reaching out to Wayfair to see how we can proceed, as going through another RP is just now not an option, I am very disappointed to say the least. I was so happy after the nightstand, now It almost feels like many other Co's . Its a shame because the design and quality of the item is good, They need to care more, work on the packing, separate the 1 box into 2, and we'll Fedex carrier is another story which Wayfair cannot control. below are only some of the pictures... Biw I am currently putting together the dresser, and I have no removed all pieces from the box, so I cannot confirm if there is any more damage .
