We bought this for our 7-year-old daughter, and so far it’s been great. I’m giving it four stars because it’s not perfect. I’m not entirely sure what “noise free” in the title is referring to, since it does make some noise — which is understandable — but it’s not completely silent. That said, I would still recommend it. The height is ideal — not overly tall like the one we purchased from another site for our 11-year-old son. This one allows me to stand relatively close to my daughter while she’s lying down, and it’s not so close to the ceiling that she can’t sit up without hitting her head (we have 9ish-foot ceilings). I had specifically put in notes to deliver to the back door and all four very large heavy packages were delivered to the front. Perhaps this is a FedEx issue but it made getting the packages in the house very difficult. So far though, we are happy with the product and it seems well built for what it is.. Christopher.
