Strong and sturdy
Mark from Florida – Verified Buyer
Very strong and sturdy wine rack. I was a little disappointed that it has to sit on the floor. I was under the impression that it was a wall rack that sat up off the floor and was attached to the wall. You still have to attach it to the wall, it just doesn't sit up off the floor. It will still work out well and I'm impressed with the quality of the rack. Looks to be extremely sturdy.
quick and easy

I bought two of these for my cellar. They were inexpensive and easy to install. However, lager burgundy bottles will not fit.

Just what I was looking for

This rack was just what I was looking for. Sturdy wire rack with great bottle capacity. I've noticed some reviews stating that they didn't like it because it isn't free standing, or that it's only sturdy if you attach it to the wall. THAT's the design, it's stated in the description. I assembled it in approx. 1 hour by myself. While it wasn't "easy", it wasn't difficult either. The hardest part of doing it alone is finding a way to have it stay in place while you line everything up. As a wine maker, my goal is to line my cellar walls with more units of this product. I wanted to test out a single unit first. I like it and would recommend it as a great low budget/high capacity storage solution for 750ml wine bottles.
I did buy this product again

It's not the most beautiful wine rack and you wouldn't want to have it in your living room, but it is very functional and relatively easy to assemble. I bought one of these wineracks last fall and liked it well enough to buy another. And if I fill this one I'll probably buy a third. I would suggest that anyone who gets one get some 8" nylon wire ties to attach the wire rack to the wood spacers. I found this to make the rack much more stable.Perhaps the manufacturer might want to include wire ties with the kit.

I would give the product a 5 star for the metal parts. The wooden spacers are useless and I had to hire a cabinet-maker to create new blocks. The spacing is way off. The distance between the front and back grid should be 3 inches longer to give the bottles stability. On my previous order of the same product I was given metal spacers which were flexible and worked fine and I expected the same quality. I feel cheated and I way overpaid for this item. Please post my comments, if you dare. I had to spend another $80.00 to correct your short-coming. - F.D.
Works If you need 4" openings in wire yo
Jim from Berkely – Verified Buyer
Bought 4 of them and had my contractor put them together. Needed some additional lumber to make them work right but now they do. Turns out the metal material that these are made out of is available in 6' by 14' sheets with 4" holes for $65. They're not painted and you need to built the other hardware. Since no one sells metal racks with 4" holes this is the way I'm going next time
Good value for the money

Using in the basement. Good value for the money. Easy to assemble. The quality is good. The one con is we did have to secure the product with our own tools.

I had to reinforce the sides with lumber and use my own wiring system to make it stand up. It works fine for the basement is you add enough stability to it.
GREAT Wine Rack!! Very Good Deal!!!

My husband and I bought two of these wine racks and are absolutely thrilled with them. We assembled them in about 5 minutes and had them bolted to the wall in about 30. It wouldn't have taken that long if I'd bought the right screws in the first place. The only down side at all is that we thought the racks were "stand alone" and needed to be bolted for added stability. In fact, it's the bolting them to the wall that makes them stand upright. (That's the only reason I didn't score these with 5 stars). I will most definitely buy this rack again... just as soon as I need to store more than 300 bottles of wine!
