I purchased this light to complement other LED under cabinet lights because of its smaller size (when compared to LED bar lights). The light is clean and sufficiently bright not to seem dim in comparison to larger bar lights covering more area around the kitchen. I also have used these lights in black inside of glass-front cabinets in the kitchen and the light is perfect. As far as the color of the light cast from the unit, it is a little cool, but not really blue. I am an electrician and recently installed these. I had not worked with LED lighting previously. Undercabinet lighting is a pain in the [*] to install. Halogens are way too hot and a fire hazard in my opinion. Flourescent lights are poorly constructed for the most part. These lights hook together with a male and female end on either end so no wire taps to make or light to close up. Takes seconds to install. Very well constructed and very thin. They give off great lighting. Only drawback is the size of the end on the interconnect wires. The holes are large that have to be drilled so customer was supprised but can be patched with wood putty to match cabinet colors. These lights are well worth the money and can be done quickly so it should be inexpensive to hire a licensed electrician."..."  Read more

I bought various sizes to put under our new cabinets, wanted lights that that would dress up our kitchen and these are great. We got the bronze color, you cant even tell they are there untill you turn on the lights. Also love the two differnt settings for brightness. The Kichler under cabinet lighting system unit is well built and was not too difficult to install (a bit light changing out any light fixture). Very solid and and sleek. I'll buy this again as older under cabinet lights go out (cheaper lights that our builder put in about 5 years ago ... seems like the electricity regulators go out over time)."..."  Read more
