You have an on and off switch and you also have three different light settings. If your light is on in your closet and you walk in the sensor will not go off, which is nice. Exactly what I needed. There were 2 light bars in the package. They work exactly as described. Simple to install: 2 double sided tapes included. Stick the tape(s) to the back of the bar, then press against the surface where you want to position the light. There is a switch with 3 positions on the end of the light: off, on and sensor. I put mine in a linen closet and it provides me with the light I need when loading and unloading items. The lights work under 12V low voltage, consuming low energy, which is safe for touch and friendly to the eyes. Equipped with a wireless remote, you can control the lights and set the color/brightness/timing conveniently. To install the puck lights to a fixed location, you may use screws to fix or double-sided adhesive tapes to stick on, just needing some mins. You can install the lights in a fixed place like cabinets, furniture, showcase, etc. But more conveniently, our puck lights are not affected by location. Take it out when you use it, and save it after using it at a party or a festival.
