I really like the appearance of the light, but I may not have gotten it if I had known the bulb was so difficult to change. Two small screws have to be removed (with a screwdriver-there is no head to turn by hand) from the top of the light to take off the globe. Since the person must be above the light to access the screws and the light is set at a height of about 6', a ladder is also required. Another source of light must be available, too, because there's no way anyone could see well enough to remove and replace the screws without it. Even with a ladder, screwdriver and light, the process is tricky. One person has to hold the globe and remove the screws with a screwdriver without losing them in the grass or dropping the globe. If the screws had just been the type you can unscrew by hand, the job would be much easier. I wound up getting the super long life bulbs in hopes I don't have to make a change for several years."..."
