Ordered this nautical rug to put in our "Navy" themed pool room! It is perfect! Very impressed with the quality. We were a little worried about getting a rug with a pattern but the pattern matched perfect & was even all around the border. Colors were exactly what we expected, Navy blue & Gold. We are very pleased with the carpet & would not hesitate to order a Joy Carpet product again.
Service Review
Service & ordering was outstanding. Being a little hesitant about ordering such a large item on line I spoke with a Wayfair representative via phone. Chris went above & beyond to answer my questions, assist me with "price matching" information & completing my order. Delivery was disappointing. Very nice gentleman but I was a little surprised when he told me he couldn't bring the carpet into house because it was too large & he didn't want to hit my walls. Also stated he "usually doesn't take items off the truck". None of this was mentioned when I placed the order or when the delivery service representative called me to schedule the delivery. Once he unloaded carpet off the truck & with my encouragement & assistance we got the carpet into the house. If he had not agreed to unload the carpet off the truck I would have had no other choice than to return it. Not sure where the communication breakdown is between the delivery companies & the consumer but not a pleasant situation."..." Read more

I bought this rug about 2 weeks ago and love it! So far, it seems to be good quality and is the perfect size for a smaller living area. I fell in love with this rug on the Macys website, but it was over 600. After some heavy online research I found the exact same rug for only a fraction of the price on Wayfair. The main thing Id warn buyers about is the colors arent true to the picture. In person, its really tan and maroon not white and red.
