Been furnishing my new house. Spent some time looking for rugs on Wayfair and after reading a lot of reviews on synthetic fiber rugs decided that I didn't want that junk in my house. Then I happened to come across hand-woven wool rugs and decided that these were an attractive alternative. Ordered this rug last week and just got it. It's exactly what was represented. I'm happy with the quality. Size is exactly as advertised. Packaging was excellent. I would have preferred a little more contrast, but this is fine as it is. No complaints.. Time Traveler. Large Grid Indoor Outdoor Doormat,Machine Washable Low Profile Non-Slip Rug for Front Back Door,Entry，Garden，Kitchen

This mat was folded and sealed carefully in heavy plastic. It was then enclosed in another bag. I appreciated the extra packing material because you never know with the weather. Overall it is a nice rug. It has a non slip backing. There is no strong odor.y only gripe is that because it was folded several times, it wont lay completely flat and the corners are turned up. It will seamlessly adapt to a variety of decor styles - from boho and classic to rustic, farmhouse, or cottage! This rug is quite lovely! It's durable, has a great pattern, is quite easy to clean, and works for our space. My only issue is simply with the weight and thickness of the rug: as you can see, it doesn't just slide on our wooden floors (which is to be expected!) it also bunches up. This would work very well with a grippy carpet pad, or even as an area rug to protect carpeting underneath, but please be aware that the tendency to bunch and fold up at the corners could make this more of a tripping hazard than your standard runner.. Emily. North Berwick, ME. Mon Mar 18 2024

Here the softness and luster of Sardinian wool meets the timeless allure of Oushak design. Each rug is expertly hand-tufted and showcases intricate cut details that enhance the texture and visual appeal of the pattern. The result is a harmonious blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort, creating a statement piece that transforms a space.

arrived in a timely fashion rolled up in plenty of plastic to prevent any water damage and upon unwrapping there was no damage noted, maybe just a couple tufts of wool sticking up but thats not a deal breaker. absolutely stunning rug, this was the 3X5 I chose and Im glad I did. the weight of this rug is 13 lb per the item specs and as you can see in the photo the backing is a woven material but not slippery at all so I will not need a rug pad. the material is woven wool fibers on top and I imagine the backing is also some sort of wool blend. very well woven, I dont know if its machine woven or hand woven, but it is gorgeous. very thick and plush pile. the edges are all wrapped and sewn beautifully. I can definitely see a larger one in the near future in my living room, this one I placed somewhat between the living room and the hallway but Im definitely going to be shopping for a larger one. if youre on the fence about this one dont be it is beautiful and I can tell you Im particular when it comes to rugs and carpet and this one gets five stars on a scale of 0 to 5. my cat has taken over this rug as his scratching rug he absolutely does it every morning and yes he has a part of it worn but its still in very good shape..
