The area rug arrived folded into a bundle. When we unrolled it there were many lumps and bumps. It took just a few days for the wrinkles to relax and smooth out. I ordered the 14” rug pad. Glad I did because the rug needs a non-slip surface. The rug is soft to the touch and easy to vacuum. The blue color and pattern of the rug are much darker and more vibrant than pictured online. I ordered it because it was light blue in the picture. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the rug. I would have given it five stars if the colors were more muted.. D.r.. Georgia.
