This is a very good frying pan. It heats evenly and rapidly. I have used it for everything from frying steaks or fish fillets to making various sautees and sauces. Most of the time it is very easy to clean, but once I let it go too hot and dry and I had to spend some time cleaning it with a stainless steal cleaner, but it looked good after that.
