I have owned all clad at least 30 years. Still my favorite and still using original purchase 2.5QT. this is my first copper core. It heats so quickly that Im burning butter and over heating my oil. Preheats in an instant! As with LTD and Master Chef, easy to clean and bullet proof..Who needs non-stick Love the two handles on this one. I just need to remember to turn the burner down a little. This is a very good frying pan. It heats evenly and rapidly. I have used it for everything from frying steaks or fish fillets to making various sautees and sauces. Most of the time it is very easy to clean, but once I let it go too hot and dry and I had to spend some time cleaning it with a stainless steal cleaner, but it looked good after that.
