Heavy, average quality ironing center, for the price. I've had a built in unit in a previous home that was much nicer, but much more expensive, too. I'd have given this more stars if the door had come notched, for easier opening. Instead, my husband had to borrow a router to create a notch to allow for easier opening! And, if you don't do this...your fingers are likely to sustain injury when closing the door! A door knob is highly recommended if you don't want to router, & paint, it! So many damaged parts its not even funny. Took it out of the box, tried to open it to standing and it fell apart. The metal is bent and makes a dip in the surface of the ironing top. The plastic around the trigger to open was cracked, falls off. The little plastic wheels for smooth opening arent even tightly assembled. They just fall right off. This will be a return.
