This shade sail is perfect for lowering the temperature in the pool. The water was 94° and not conducive to swimming. The day the shade sail was installed, the water temperature dropped to a refreshing 84° with the same high temperature in the high 90s.The pool can now be enjoyed all day. With UV indexes high every day here in Georgia (could not get the address listed to change) a portion of the pool is shaded all day. This kit comes with a LOT of wiring, plenty to provide you with options to hang your sail in case you didn't measure right/the sail isn't exactly what you thought it would be. Don't waste your money. These are not deep enough to hold a pole firmly in place. We let them sit over a week after adding cement and once we attached the sunshade 3 out of 4 poles fell over. We had to then re dig them out and start over. They need to be 2 or 3 feet in the ground. This is only just over 1 foot. Don't buy this garbage. We learned the hard way so you don't have to. Putting up a large shade sail could be done with eye hooks and twine, but this hardware anchoring kit can't be beat for getting the job done right and knowing you can walk away and not find it blown over into the neighbors yard. The only thing I thought was not the highest quality were the screws which I replaced with the longer stronger hex drives. For the price you get a lot of mounting hardware for the money..
