We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood.
