I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I agreed to accept a white one because that’s what was available and I could have just painted it. It arrived today in the original back color. So, I’m changing my review to 5 stars!!!. Jennifer. It's huge, a bit bigger than I thought. Great for a family, but if you're tight on space, then might not be the best option. It holds so much more than my other 'basket'. My previous one (pictured) held enough for the two of us for a week (more than enough), but I wanted something that was easy to roll from the bedroom closet to the laundry room so I didn't have to walk back and forth with each load. I added photos for comparison using my original basket and also a 5 gallon bucket for reference, along with one in the doorway. Easy to put together, seems sturdy and wheels easily. I'm just under 5' tall and I can just reach to the bottom of this new one. I do wish that the material was more canvas like. It is a bit plastic-y so I hope it holds up.
