I got this nesco roasted form Wayfair. I use it on Thanksgiving day and it works great my turkey came out so good and moist. it can roaste a turkey 18 pounds and other meats also. Well....I have had Nesco 18 qt roaster for 20 yrs...I needed to replace it. I really like the semi-oval design of this new one..and the lid is domed higher than my old ene.
