While sitting in your office desk chair may be comfortable, stretching your legs every so often is important. A standing desk can help you achieve this goal without interrupting your workflow, just push the button to raise or lower the desk. This full-sized standalone adjustable desk is a great choice for most home offices thanks to its high-quality, attractive design and easy adjustability. Besides, some research shows that standing while working helps moderate blood sugar faster following a meal and reduces the potential for back or shoulder pain.

I love it! I needed a rising desk since my 2 yrs old is so tall, he was able to reach half way across my desk and grab my mouse and keyboard. Negatives: time to assemble over 2 hours, thin MDF panels. Positives: very affordable desk, has room for a large monitor, a full desktop computer, plenty of accessories, and functional drawers. Easy to put together took about 15 minutes by just me. Love the height adjustability of the table the lowest setting works perfect for me sitting at my couch & the highest setting would work for someone over 6 ft tall. Goes up & down easily & tilts if you need that. I left off the ledge for tilt because I dont think I'll use it but kept it just in case. That part screws on easily with a couple black knots. The top of the table seems a little flimsy for the high quality & heavy metal of the stand but will work fine for my purposes of holding papers & ipad.. Kathleen. Queen Creek, AZ. Tue Aug 04 2026
