There are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) Although easy to do, there are many pieces to assemble, so count on maybe 2-3 hours of time to fully assemble the desk, hutch and all of the drawers. 2) Given the type of coated particle board construction that is used, there were some small blemishes on corners/ends of a few of the pieces. Got this for my middle school kids to have for homework and gaming. Its big enough to give them enoguh space. The desk part doesn't sit totally flush so it you were sitting in the middle it might be a little annoying but for our purpose its perfect. Abby. Thu Aug 20 2026
