I really like these chairs! They’re comfortable and provide great support, and overall I’m very happy with how they look and feel. I’m giving them four stars because the assembly instructions are not very clear. The first chair took us way too long to assemble because we followed the instructions exactly as they were shown. It wasn’t until we finished the first chair that I realized the instructions are actually in the wrong order. I started with the last step instead, and after that, assembling the other chairs was super easy and much faster. For a moment, we honestly regretted buying them because the first one was so frustrating to put together. But once we figured out the correct way to assemble them, it really wasn’t that bad. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend them—just don’t follow the instructions in the order they’re presented!. Anonymous. Fri Aug 14 2026

The product is quite nice. There are two reasons why I am only giving it a four star. 1. The holes don’t always line up nicely with the screws. It’s somewhat annoying and gets a bit finicky. 2. This is actually not product specific, but Wayfair really blew it with this order. They gave us three different dates as to when it would arrive. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry but it was basically just the way it is. This product ended up stuck at the US border. When I asked them why they would not have stock in Canada there was no answer. All in all great product but not happy with the service. Gaby. South Dundas, ON. Thu Apr 17 2025

I love how my dining set turned out. The chairs aren’t too hard to put together if you place the back on top of a box or couch so it’s easier to screw on the legs. Some of the holes looked a bit rusty, and one of the chairs had some dirt or bugs or something stuck to it but it came off easily. Once the chairs were assembled I didn’t notice any blemishes. I’ve been able to smooth out any fingerprints. They are more off-white compared to our white cabinets, but I still think they look nice. I used one of the chairs at my desk for a few days and it’s very comfortablesturdy. I hope they last! I added the protection plan just in case.. Lania. TX. Fri Jul 14 2023
