These are gorgeous and so well constructed. I got the oak despite most of my furniture having a walnut finish because they are such an affordable alternative. I was afraid they wouldnt look good together, but the oak is beautiful. I read reviews. I looked at photos. Nothing did them justice. I bought two as well as a solid wood desk to create my own executive style office desk that exactly meet my needs. It allowed me to have a shorter desk than is usually offered in that kind of style, at least in a level of quality that I could afford. The drawers provide the storage I need for smaller desk items.
