Terrible! Today, I received a parcel of cookies instead of the expected 3rd box of the chest components. My consignment label was stuck on top of the original one, obviously an intentional man-made mistake. I received 2 boxes earlier on, and without the last one, there is no way to assemble the chest. There are no legs, no screws, no locks, no assembly instruction... I should not have given even one star, I give it simply because this is the only way for me to submit this comment.. Ma Po Yee. Quality is not high with this but that’s what we were expecting given the price point. It has lasted very well and does look pretty in the room. We eventually needed to switch the room around and so we bought two of these and didn’t put the legs on one of them and actually ended up stacking and drilling in screws for safety. It’s now a tall big dresser and we love it.. Sarah. Pacific Grove, CA. Sat Sep 19 2026
