The natural beauty of cathedral-sawn flaky oak takes center stage in this dresser. From top to bottom, the dresser is rich with artisanal details: cove molding around the top and base; a concave upper box banded with chevron carving; and wooden pegs on the bracket feet. The scrubbed finish serves to open up the wood and brings out the beauty of the grain.

This is so great that I really can't expound upon it's quality and style sufficiently. We bought it along with a matching queen size bed frame. I'm adding photos that show the wood slats in the construction of each piece. I hadn't detected this in the website photos. But, it made the pieces all the more beautiful. The dresser is fully assembled and came undamaged. The queen bed frame obviously came unassembled, but was very easy to set up. Good quality wooden support slats for your mattress to lay on..
