This was the first problem I"ve ever (in several years) had with a Wayfair order. It came missing the top post and front post (with the rope around it) and all hardware was missing. I ordered replacements, but the posts got lost and I had to order them again. It was a major hassle. But the tree is now together and my cat loves it. He was sleeping on a big cardboard box that collapsed. This will be much better. He weighs 18 pounds and losing. Mine is blue btw.. Nancy. CA. Thu Jun 23 2022
