All parts were there, holes and hardware lined up. It's a great price for the size. My cat is 14 lbs. I feel like the size of the ledges and height of enclosures are too small for him, but he manages. Just can't stand up or turnaround easily, but he still loves it. Little wobbly but I also don't have it fastened to wall yet. With just the one cat might not need to. He isn't like a crazy kitten running up & down it, and is apprehensive about climbing it to begin with. He can feel it shaking, so he's just cautious. I do wish it came with screws. It’s a good looking tree and my car is already on it within 1 minute. I was desperate to find something after painting the door to keep it nice Very easy to peel and stick especially on a nice sunny day they’ve stayed up and no more spraying! If they do, it’ll touch the plastic and not the paint.
