Arrived quickly and well packaged. Our dog is only in her crate occasionally but due to some behavioral issues (shes a rescue with a terrible past) we will need a crate available, so I wanted something that looked like a piece of furniture. My husband and I spent just about over an hour putting it together. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend it. My -1 star is for when you pull the corner protectors off, be careful! Overall the crate is very nice, putting it together took quite a few hours but it came together. I took a star away because it’s kinda hard to open the front doors without putting your whole arm through the crate bars to unlatch the bottom & top. Also one side of the front crate door hinges didnt properly go in all the way so the doors are a little uneven. Package arrived quickly and well packed. Many pieces. Nothing broke or chipped. Took me at least 2 - 3 hours to put together by myself. Overall a great sturdy quality piece. Only con is the locks seems flimsy, but they do their job. I read some reviews and took a suggestion to order a 34 x 22 rubber sink mat with lip in case there were any accidents. I have a Golden retriever and a King Charles cavalier and they both fit well. The product also looks good in my living room. Love that there are drawers to store additional doggie items.
