The dog house arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It basically snaps together. I was able to put it together by myself. It is very lightweight. I like the color and style of this dog house, however, it is not for a medium sized dog. At least the entry door is not big enough for a medium dog. I love the crate in spite of the issues. Now I have to apologize some as I don’t know if the packaging damage happened during transit or from the vendor but I believe I know what happened to the missing hardware. Watching the FedEx driver turn the box end over end for the replacement crate, the hardware fell out on the ground and the castors however there was only two castors in the bag and open. I just need the prepaid label to return the crate as requested by Tan T of Wayfair. I still don’t understand why Wayfair wouldn’t open a package and send us the hardware only instead of the whole crate. Doesn’t make sense to us for the money Wayfair spent sending everything..
