It would definitely be easier for 2 people to assemble but it is possible for 1. Took me about 8 hours over a 3 day weekend to complete. Works well for my dog. My only suggestion is when attaching the top, do it from the inside, much easier that way.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 28 2026

Pretty good enclosure for our dogs don’t have the roof on due to weather we have had but it also is pretty good quality. I will be interested to see how this holds up when we have to move and then have to rebuild it again. One thing to note is this thing has a ton of pieces so be prepared for it to take a bit to put together but overall fairly simple to put together it’s just a tad flimsy. Update finally got the tarp on but there’s a hole. Taren. Bella Vista, AR. Sat Feb 07 2026

Instructions were very easy to follow. I love this idea and it fits perfectly for where we needed it. I question the durability though. I also am not a fan of the fencing used. It tears easily as it’s not hardware cloth. Any predator could easily get through this. We do plan to reinforce it soon, as winter approaches. If we didn’t have a fully fenced in yard, I would immediately reinforce the fencing. We have 12 chickens right now and they have plenty of space.. Ashley. NY. Wed Sep 02 2026

Frame was perfect, but the chain link came so messed up and bent. I’ll add a photo of one of the areas. Took us about 4 hours to work through all of it and straighten everything out. Thankfully we were able to secure it enough still and I think it will be a fine kennel but won’t be purchasing anything else like this from here.. Chance. Alma, AR. Mon Apr 20 2026

Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. It was pretty easy to build. I love how long it is. For Bassets I needed a long play area. I plan to plant herb in box planters around the perimeter. Different dog friendly plants and herbs. This large pet kennel features a sturdy, multi-purpose design suitable for medium and large dogs, cats, chickens, and other animals for both indoor and outdoor use. Built with heavy-duty galvanized iron pipes and a reinforced frame, it provides long-lasting durability and reliable stability. Equipped with a waterproof canopy, secure lock, and convenient feeding door, it ensures safety, comfort, and easy daily care for your pets.

This is exactly what I needed. Two men put it together for me and it went together quickly. We are very to have a play area for our dog, a great space to work on training too since we live in the woods and fencing would be cost prohibitive. I love the cover since we live in the Pacific Northwest and rain is often in the forecast. We opted to put artificial grass down to prevent a muddy mess. The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entire kennel once assembled is actually light, the three of us could lift it easily to move it. The framework is seems sturdy but my helper’s recognized right away that with the winds where I live once the canopy is on it could, and probably would, become airborne, the pegs that come with it may be sufficient for some places but not here. They came up with a solution of 4 large landscaping boulders wired to the frame so it looks good and can still be hosed or blown out easily. I am hopeful that this will give us years of fun..
