Pretty good. Holes are predrilled but only on outer edges. Be careful when screwing together because it can split very easily. This hamster cage is the best one I’ve ever owned! It only took about 20 minutes to put it all together. My buns love their hutch. It’s held up quite well except my bunnies chew the wood a little (bad bunnies lol).
