Wayfair products have always been reliable for us, but this Wall Mounted Hose Reel didn't even last two years. See the photos. We have no idea how it just fell apart. Truly disappointing.

Gears broke after 18 months

so far i love it. It was easy to mount and the guide works great. looks very nice on the house.

The handle snapped poorly manufactured die cast aluminum

This hose reel is great it’s holding 75 feet of three-quarter inch ID hose and it winds up very neatly thank you for a great product

 the wall mount hose holder looks very nice. I just have to get someone to mount it for me.
