I ordered the 2 set of this hose reel. The assembly would have been easy except for the fact 2 of the 4 wheels came damaged. The rims of the wheels have bolts an nuts that come pre-assembled . All four wheels had loose or bolts/nuts.Some actually had fallen completely out of the rims of the wheels an were laying in the box. So I was unhappy about the extra work and began tightening them all up . The socket on my wrench seemed to not fit some an at first I thought someone had just substituted a slightly larger bolt in some . Upon closer inspection I saw they had been rounded off! Could this have been a return and not new? I also noticed several scuffs on the rim which led me to believe whoever had previously tightened them scuffed them up. I’m going to call Liberty on Monday to see if they will ship me two wheels to replaced the damaged ones. I will raise my star review if they do. I still won’t be completely happy that all of the bolts had to be tightened(2 from each box) and 2 of the 4 wheels had damage however. Guess I’m off to the hardware store until then 2 pick up some replacement bolts. Update. Raising stars to 3 from 1. Wayfair and liberty have made efforts to correct the issues.. Anonymous. Nice hose storage that’s somewhat easy to use and won’t rust over time. I do appreciate the multiple drain holes in the bottom, and the overall finish is nice. Overall I wish it were just a couple inches taller though. It does technically hold a regular 100 foot hose, but a new one is going to be easiest to work with. However, if you’re like me and using one you’ve had for a couple of years, then it’s much more difficult to get it into the pot fully. It fits, but just barely.
