Overall functional and dual purpose which I love. Putting the screws in took a lot of elbow grease! The chairs aren’t as bad as I thought they were gonna be, but keeping them in the closet for extra seating, got myself a nicer chair to use on the regular. Love that I can store my journals pens and electronics and make this a charging station when I’m not using the table. A bit bummed that the table got a little snagged. This set was just what we were looking for, a small bistro set for our deck that could also be easily moved if needed. The table and chairs fold up, and can be set out of the way. The cushions themselves don't offer much except a light cushion and a bright pop of color. You could also forgo the cushions and just find some of your own that are more comfortable, or go with no cushion at all. The chairs have a pretty slanted back, so if you are looking for more of a dining table type chair that sits straight, this is NOT it.
