After some research and looking at different options, I landed on this sauna. It arrived fairly quickly, in the instructions were very easy to follow. It took me roughly a day to put together, in the final result was incredible. My wife and I use this 3 to 5 times a week, and it's been the perfect way to recover and to improve our sleep. I initially had some concerns about how it would hold up in the Texas heat (yes, call us crazy for buying a sauna in Texas), but so far everything has been excellent. The heater is perfectly sized, and it has been a fantastic overall addition to our backyard.. Chris123. Austin, Texas. Mon Oct 12 2026

Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. Not sure it will be noticeable once we put it together. Will update review after we put it together to see. Have not used this yet - looking forward to it though.. Lora. North Canton, OH. Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. Highly recommend, but line up assembly and electrical first, know what your getting into. Read the assembly instructions in the ad.. Scott. San Diego, CA. Thu Apr 23 2026

The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address. The sauna that was ordered on March 22 was finally delivered on May 12.. Kristy. TX. Sun May 25 2025

Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Sat Jan 27 2024
