Assembled the Henley 2-4 person on a concrete slab, it took 4 people a full 8 hour a day, plus one full day of electrical. We used the QR code to follow the steps, but they were slightly different than the paper copy that was supplied, so that led to some confusion and debate. Some of our tongue and groove wall parts were cut uneven and had to be modified and the black molding was very warped. It just took a little ingenuity. After it was fully assembled, it is amazing to sit in, 2 people very comfortably, my husband is 6’7” and he fits perfectly! We struggle with the app, slightly, sometimes the timer on the app doesn’t set properly and it turns off while we are sitting in it. We love the option of dry or steam, the lighting is nice, I wish it could be controlled by the app. We also wish it had red light therapy. Overall, it meets our needs and worth the purchase!. Tandlh. I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. 3 stars because the instructions are absolute garbage. I assemble furniture professionally for short term rentals and I can usually handle big builds, but this one was pretty awful. Only some of the pieces are labeled, and you must guess which piece is needed. There are pieces included that are not shown anywhere in the instructions so you have no idea where they need to go. The instructions say you need 2 people to assemble, you definitely need 3 unless you know how to brace a wall. The screws are so cheap. I could write more, but I'm tired. The sauna itself is fine. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE! I ordered it on March 22. After weeks of waiting, I got a call from a lady an hour away from where the sauna was to be delivered saying it was dropped off in her yard. After calling the delivery company, I was told they would pick up the sauna from the wrong address and deliver it in two days. A week later, the sauna still had not arrived. After numerous calls to Wayfair and the delivery company, the pickup and delivery was rescheduled. On the day the delivery company was to pick up the sauna from the wrong address, I got a call from the delivery company who was very argumentative stating he dropped it off at the correct address. He said when he put the address in the GPS, it sent him to the address an hour away. I explained that the address provided was the correct address so I don't know why it would have sent him to the lady's house. He was very accusatory that he delivered it to the correct place to begin with. After two phone calls, he finally agrees to deliver it to the correct address. My wife and I recently bought the Rylan Four Person Corner Sauna and we’re so glad we did. The corner design fits perfectly in our space, and the cedar smell when it heats up is wonderful.
