This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.. We love it! We do not have any complaints at all. Going this route saved us a ton of money without sacrificing quality and features. We've had four people in with plenty of room to spare for a couple more. Side note, the Jets 2 option doesn't isn't a function for this model, so ignore that button.. Lisa. O'fallon, IL. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Overall I really like the pool heater! It wasn’t too hard to put together. It did come in a really large box and we had to use the neighbors tractor to move it to the backyard. It keeps our pool nice and warm and will extend the use of our pool in the fall and early spring. I like how it also has an app you can use.. Cyndie. Wellsboro, PA. Sun Jun 21 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Perfect for pools up to 8000 gallons or 18 ft in diameter above-ground and in-ground, this smart inverter-powered electric heat pump keeps your pool at the perfect temperature while slashing energy costs.

There was an internal part that was broken. Ensure if purchasing this item, remove all adapters etc to inspect every available part. The water inlet piece was broken but not discovered until it was installed and found to leak as there was an adapter on it that we had no reason to remove until it leaked. Wayfairs warranty period was already expired but the manufacturer stayed in contact with us and sent out a replacement heater resolving our issue. Looking forward to many months of swimming! Thanks Varmin!. Janis. White City, SK. Mon Jul 20 2026
