Shed looks great. Instructions and diagrams are so hard to understand. Took 5 days to put floor together, finally. Next came the walls, but once walls were going up, the floor started to buckle. We love this shed! It’s a great addition to our space. The only challenge was with the instructions—they can be a bit confusing at times. The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. The roofing panels snapping together have no J channel to catch rain water and to diverse rain water down to the lower end of the roof, resulting a leaky roof. The floor is a thin piece of rubber floor so basically rain water would flow from the concrete foundation right onto to the thin floor. Wayfair please remove this product and dont sell it your customer. I can buy a metal shed for half of the price of this shed and has a better design.
