I love the look, the materials seem quality, it's sturdy, and essentially everything I expected, however a slight word of warning, it's going to take a rubber mallet (or a piece of scrap wood and a hammer in lieu of a rubber mallet) and some serious elbow grease to assemble. Assembly of the pieces is pretty straight forward but more than likely you'll have to use a mallet or hammer to get the final piece tapped in and it's a tight fit.... which is good. It helps add to the sturdiness of the unit. Once you've accomplished that the real work begins. The legs or good quality metal. They aren't light and included is self tapping screws. Patience and elbow grease are going to be your friend. You might want to wrap the areas around it in tape before you start to secure the screws. We had the drill slip and it knicked the coating a couple of times. It's on the back so it won't be seen, but it was frustrating. I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees.
