It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space. Beautiful, easy to install product that arrived undamaged, despite the long trek to Hawaii. Wayfair has AMAZING customer service, and they often deliver faster than their predicted arrival time. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense). The product arrived as scheduled, placed as I requested, and was well packaged and undamaged. I have un-packaged and moved it to a holding place until the installation site is ready. The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The combination tub boasts a spacious interior with a deep bathing well surrounded by rich hardwood. Sleek and minimalist in design, it offers space for two with dual computer controls, dual therapy systems, and included heat pump.

This bath is beautiful and very large. My only complaint is that the wooden trim does not go all around! It’s only on two sides. So if you had planned to have this in the middle of the room, or in a very specific spot, be aware that two sides are unfinished. For the price you would think they could have put the finishing all the way round - or at least been honest and stated that it wasn’t properly finished. The taps and metal finishings are VERY cheap.
