I love our sauna! I wish I would’ve made this purchase sooner. It was so simple to assemble my boyfriend couldn’t believe the ease and quality of everything. The way it was packaged was impressive. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage and the delivery team was efficient and friendly! I’ve been using it for a few days now and am already feeling the benefits. It heats up quickly and evenly when you’re ready to use it. I love the reading light and the option to change colors of the light because I’ve taken a book in with me every time. Highly recommend!!!. Love the sauna! Was easy to put together, I did the assembly myself except for I needed a 2nd set of hands to help with the placement of the top. My only complaint isn’t about the sauna, just the time that it took to finally have the sauna delivered. I paid for the sauna for a whole month before it was finally delivered. Wayfair shipped on time but it sat at the shipper for 20+ days waiting to be delivered and could not get a response from the shipping company.. Brenda. Pocahontas, IA. Sat Feb 21 2026

I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Don't hesitate to purchase!. Beth. SC. Tue Jan 04 2022

Build quality is good. Works as advertised. Massive amount of trash after assembly but that’s the price to pay for shipping such a large item. Only complaint is the relatively low quality speaker/ancient looking mp3 player, but it gets the job done.. David. Holt, MI. Wed Apr 23 2025

Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. After a week and a half of use I'm loving my sauna sessions!. Dale. Wisconsin. Mon Dec 16 2024

I love this sauna and the bluetooth speakers! I use it every morning. When I wake up and turn it on, my phone connects automatically to BT Audio and I listen to music while I'm in the sauna. It is so awesome! You will need special outlet and wiring for this 3-person sauna. It requires a 20 amp breaker too. It took three adults to assemble the sauna in my home. It was really easy to hold up the walls and snap it together with three people. The temperature can be set to 150 degrees but it only heats up to 136. I thought this was a defect so I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that this is the expected outcome.. Stacy. Athens, AL. Mon Dec 06 2021

I recently purchased this infrared sauna & love it! The materials used, from the smooth wood paneling to the tempered glass doors, is very durability . It fits beautifully in my room corner. The radio hook up to my phone via blue tooth. It plays loud when connected to music. There is a book/ magazine rack. And a towel rack. Cleaning is very easy. Setup was straightforward , and the user manual was clear and helpful. It took 3 Adults to put it together. It arrived by freight and the pieces were large but packed securely. No broken pieces. Make sure that all of the cord are securely plugged or some of the heating panels may not work. It has a simple control panel, I can easily adjust the temperature outside and inside the sauna. It takes a while to heat so I preheat while working out. Its perfect for a post-workout relaxer. I did notice that the heat gets only up to 135 max not 140. This home sauna is an investment you won’t regret!. Nicole. Frisco, Texas. Fri Jul 04 2025

I understand that when I ordered this item on the 12/8/24 you said initially it would come between the 12-19 th of December, it did not come until December 27, I was out of town and I still haven't put it together! If I would have know I would not have ordered it!!! I won't be home until after New Yrs. Anonymous. Sun Dec 29 2024

Amazing sauna!!! My son and I put it together in less that 3 hours (unboxing, relocating to my lower level office, and putting it together and cleaning up the packaging). The glass front panel is VERY heavy, but other than that it was a breeze. It heats up to the max temp of 150 in 15-25 minutes. Love the chromotherapy lights, the speakers work great, not hi-fi or anything, but great for watching tv or music. I have my smart tv right outside and connect the sound to the sauna speakers and it works great! Watching tv and relaxing as I write this review ❤️❤️. Tracey. Plainfield, IL. Fri Mar 15 2024

Very nice sauna at a fair price. 3 person size makes it better for two people to enjoy sitting next to each other. Or just one person sitting across width of bench. Easy to assemble with another person to hold up panels. My stereo went out after a few months but was quickly replaced by manufacturer.. Peter. Mt Dora. Sat Apr 13 2024

This purchase was the best purchase I’ve made in a very long time! It’s extremely easy to put together especially if you have another set of hands available to help! It heats up pretty quickly and stays the perfect temp. Lastly, the look is absolutely beautiful!. Anonymous. Tue Dec 16 2025

Is pretty nice once assembled. The control panel is difficult to install you need an electrician to be able to figure it out. It should come already pre-install.. Kiomara. Miami, FL. Wed Nov 18 2020

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast. I put a towel there to block the air (I'm actually going to call customer service about this.). Kathryn. Atlanta, GA. Thu Feb 08 2024

I've seen some reviews stating that it did not get hot enough. It gets pleeeenty hot. See pic It's been everything that was wanted and then some. There was a bit of a pinch during assembly where one panel latch would not secure. The panes was off by less than 1/4 inch which made it a bit of a challenge. But I was able to resolve it.. M.
