A simple, classic style, the Glenn 300 Watt Floor Lamp is easily placed into a variety of décor and spaces. A matte black finished pole extends into a frosted plastic bowl shade that reveals a beautiful glow when lit. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provide approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included. NOTE: Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (DO NOT USE: 3-way bulbs or CFLs). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (a high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur.

Love this lamp. Just the right height. Clean & simple for my guest bedroom. Gives off great light to highlight the room. Color is perfect.. Marcee. Palm Springs, CA. Tue Jul 21 2026

This floor lamp provides efficient ambient lighting for an entire room in a slim design. Simplicity shines in this look with a matte finish and a tapered frosted plastic shade. We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using led bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (the high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable lead will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur.

Popular thanks to their striking style and low-impact installation, floor lamps are a great way to light up a designated spot with on-trend lighting. Take this one, for example: crafted from a metal base, with a torchiere silhouette, this piece features two lights: a lower light perfect for creating a reading nook, and an upper light that washes a space in light. Two amber glass shades are included and are perfect for washing your space in warm light.

Great lamp and really like the 3 different functions!. Beth. Riverview, FL. Tue May 26 2026

An elegant, yet modern look that is perfect for the office or living room, the Perdita 71" Torchiere Floor Lamp takes your space to the next level. A milky white glass houses two bulbs for maximum light output. A simple rotary switch is located on a dome-shaped base turning the lamp on and off. This lamp exudes a mid-century modern style. This lamp provides bright ambient lighting for large living spaces. A patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150-watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provide approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A high/low rotary socket switch is located on the socket. Note: Wade Logan® bulb recommendations: use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (do not use: 3-way bulbs or CFLs).

Perdita 71” Torchiere in gold. In all seriousness I’ve been searching for this torchiere for 5 years. It’s a dupe of a very high end lamp (think multiple four digits). The finish is a brushed, light version This is extremely well done and the sale price is laughable for the quality. Note that the two bulbs do not operate independently, they work together and have two settings, low and high.. Courtney. IL. Mon Aug 24 2026

Whether you want to brighten up a corner or add a practical decorative piece to your living space, this 71" torchiere floor lamp has you covered. The beautifully curved upper torchiere features a frosted white bowl shade that gently diffuses warm, ambient light, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Beneath it, the adjustable gooseneck reading lamps, each adorned with a matching dome shade, provide focused illumination exactly where you need it—ideal for cozy reading nooks or workspaces. This exquisite lamp is more than just a lighting solution; it's a statement of style that enhances modern and transitional interiors alike.

This lamp provides both room light and light for reading on an adjacent couch. It was very easy to put together and arrived on schedule. It is attractive and easy to move around as well.. Lydia. Chestnut Hill, MA. Sat Aug 29 2026

Antique style floor lamp shade is sturdily made of 100% real stained glass. Each shade is formed from hundreds of pieces of stained glass and welded together by soldering tin at a very high temperature. Every process is totally handmade and the color is never fade. Tiffany lamps are one of the best examples of arts and crafts decor ever produced, these ornate accessories add a sense of character and history to an otherwise modern setting.

Great value. Adds the perfect pop of color.. Cindy. Omaha, NE. Sun Aug 30 2026

The metropolis floor lamp is a sleek, contemporary style with a dramatic elegant bowl shade. It provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible.

Perfect touch for the look that I wanted. I wanted something somewhere between spare contemporary and traditional, which is usually to heavy/fussy for me. This lamp is clean-looking but doesn't look as if it belongs in a cold medical exam-room. I think it fits into the space with a more transitional style without sticking out like a sore thumb. I'm very happy with the result. The uplighting gives the perfect effect for the vaulted ceiling. The lamp is solid and stable. The on/off switch doesn't have the flimsy feel that many others that I've purchased had, so I'm hopeful that this one will hold up longer. I took one star off because assembly was a bit frustrating; I had more than a little difficulty working the electrical cord down inside the tube enough to screw the top of the lamp down completely - a VERY tight fit that took several attempts. But the result was worth it.. Innerchild. Missouri. Fri Jul 31 2020

Simplicity at its brightest, the harper floor lamp produces plenty of ambient illumination in a slim package. The minimalistic satin steel pole body is steadied by a round metal base. Modern, polished, and elegant, the Metropolis torchiere upgrades the standard torchiere silhouette to highlight small details and sleek form. Beautiful in warm, brushed antique brass, this lamp's 10" round base features a polished brass ring. The slender, simple stem is topped with three circular accents for an elegant look. Topping the torchiere is a 14" diameter frosted glass shade to house two 150W bulbs, bringing a soft glow to any space. For versatile lighting options, the brightness can be adjusted between high, low, and off with the rotary switch located at the base of the shade.

I bought two of these lamps for different areas of my open floor plan -- Love the contemporary styling and the nice weight; I don't worry they will fall over like many of the cheaper ones.. Pamela. IL. Sat Sep 05 2026

I really like the design of this lamp, in particular the frosted glass shade. Having said that, there were some issues and that is why I only gave it 3 stars. The first one delivered had damage, specifically the glass shade was broken. Not surprising as the packaging is not very good. Just a thin layer of styrafoam protects the shade in shipment and is certainly not enough. Wayfair is great though and as mentioned, I liked the design so much that I ordered a replacement even though I was concerned the shade wouldnt make it through shipping again but I took my chances. Fortunately nothing was broken this time which is amazing considering the foam protecting the shade is less than an inch thick. The second one I received was obviously a return as none of the protective plastic was covering the pole or base and the very top part of the pole which has 3 heavy glass balls on it, was completely dismantled and all the pieces were loose. It took some time to put it back together securely. As for the rest of putting it together, the 3 pole pieces that screw into each other are VERY hard to put together straight. It appears the threading on the inside of the pole pieces is not well done so it took many times and often jammed at an angle which then was difficult to unscrew and start again. Once completed, it is a very nice light and is quite heavy so will not be tip easily as some floor lamps do. I'm still glad I purchased it as it was just what I wanted for my decor, but you need to be aware of the poor packaging and difficulty in putting it together.. Merrill. Winnipeg, MB. Sat Dec 23 2023
