These work great and I prefer the telescoping ‘shade’ in the lowest position because the light beam is better hidden behind my plants. I wish the timer would be set in a 5 hours on, 21 hours of perpetual timer it only stays set for 24 hours, so 2 cycles. But I appreciate not having to worry about turning it off at least.. Stephanie. I really like this floor lamp and it was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were not very detailed so I had to wing it on some of the steps.
