This fan is quite nice and exactly what I was looking for. I had two small bedrooms about 113 square feet each in need of ceiling fans+lights so they were a great fit. The fans have been installed for a couple weeks and no issues so far. However please be aware that the matte black fan is NOT 52 inches! It is 44 inches. Great design works great! However, its heavy had issues installing it. The fan comes with a base plate which secures it to the ceiling. The base plate adds 1 to 2 to the mount, so I had to go out buy longer bolts to secure it to the ceiling.
