This lamp arrived quickly and with no damage or missing parts. It looks great and I love the dimmer control. I also love that you can angle the shade/light to your desired spot. It's great for reading! As much as this lamp looks great and I love it, I did have 2 issues. 1 - The shade!!! It is so hard to put together! It took me a long time, and I had to keep checking the Wayfair ad's user photos to see how others did it. The instructions on how to build the shade were not very detailed. They were missing key steps. 2 - On the base, there is a nice triangular gold detail, but it moves! It looks fantastic. The only criticism I have is that the chord on the base is positioned at the front of the lamp, instead of the back. Note on the description: The product details humorously state that a "bullet" is not included—which is clearly a typo for a lightbulb! Color Accuracy & Material Discrepancy Before purchasing, I noticed a contradiction on the product page: the main text describes a "walnut-colored solid wood lamp body," but digging into the technical specifications reveals the base color is actually listed as "red."
