Downrods Lighting Components

Highly recommend if you need extra height! This allowed me to extend my ceiling fan downrod for a perfect installation. It feels very secure and looks great in the room.. Jae. Maryland. Sat Jul 18 2026

This 24" Ceiling Fan Downrod maximizes your ceiling fan's cooling benefits by providing the proper height. Tapered threaded ends ensure a deeper connection and stronger bond for maximum durability. For optimum performance and safety, ceiling fan blades should be at least 7 feet from the floor but no higher than 8 to 9 feet in order to best cool a room. For ceilings 9 feet and higher, an extension down rod is required to bring the ceiling fan down to the proper height above the floor.

It’s a very pretty fan, works well with a good strong air flow and looks great in our family room!. Gail. Dripping Springs, TX. Sun Jun 14 2020
