A beautiful addition to my yard or garden. I ordered the 10ft 3-Inch Diameter Galvanized Steel Outdoor Lamp Post with Flange Base by Locontifni. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It is simple to assemble. It took less than 5 minutes to put together. It also includes the anchoring hardware or ground mounting hardware. I just add the concrete for stability. The lamp post has a nice brown finish. It does measure 10 feet tall and does accommodate a 3” diameter light. I’ve tried other ways of anchoring outdoor string light and this is by far the best looking. They recommend stringing lighter weight string lights which does help a lot. I started with heavier lights and the poles would be at a slight angle. I filed the base with water. I live in an area that can get very windy and these are stable even during high winds.. Julie. The photo shows the grounding pin being away from the cover hinge, which is what most US customers would want. The item I received, in contrast, had the grounding pin next to the hinge. Annoying since that's one reason I chose the item from Wayfair instead of from a competitor. It CAN be fixed, though. Remove the foam weather seal from the back. Use a screwdriver to press inward *hard* on the metal tabs that hold the plug into the cover. Do one at a time while pushing in on the plug, and you can remove it, flip it over, and snap it back in.
