Serenity is a beautiful, large chandelier in a traditional Victorian style, featuring detailed stained glass shades. This fixture would be perfect in a living room, dining room, and foyer. The shades are hand-crafted, using the same methods developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. This process entails using 162 hand-cut stained art glass pieces and 21 glass beads per shade, each wrapped in fine copper foil and soldered together at extremely high temperatures to form each unique piece. The exact size to the nearest inch may vary, and the exact color of each glass piece may vary due to each piece being hand-crafted. The first image is with the light shining through, and the second image is with no light. Dry-listed and recommended for an indoor setting.

The chandelier itself is very striking and it is absolutely stunning when the lights are on. The Tiffany glass globes glow like jewels. The chandelier was packaged well and arrived on time. Only a diagram and parts list were included in the package. Definitely not the ideal situation for a novice DIYer. I chose to leave the chains off and am happy with the decision. We installed a dimmer switch because the five light chandelier gives off more than ample light for our dining table that seats six people. Really a nice light fixture. Installation was straight forward even though the instructions were absolutely worthless. Some reviews stated that the installation was difficult, aI think they probably were confused by the terminal block used to connect the wiring. They were the screw-down type and really not all that common in the US. But, that's why Google is your friend! The fixture is quite light, l prefit everything first then removed the shade for the wiring- add the shade last. I was able to complete the job without any assistance. It can absolutely be a one person job. The only difficulty was with the decorative nuts for the mounting bolts; the bolts could be a little longer in my opinion. Gorgeous!! My husband rented a scaffold to install it since our ceiling is 20 ft tall in our entry. He then lowered it, and we sat on scaffolding to install the crystals. Definitely a little more challenging installing this so high but worth it. It comes with a set of small crystals and a set of large crystals and you alternate them when installing on the rings of the chandelier. It took the both of us 1 12 hrs to put the crystals on.
