Bell Shaped Table Lamps

This product is a traditional coordinated set that features a golden bronze finish and is constructed from hand-cast & sanded resin, painted and antiqued by hand.

The lamps are very fancy looking and love the bronze look, they also have some unique designs on them, which are nice but you don't really see that when you look at the lamps online. The only problem I had with them is that the table lamps do not tighten between the socket and the pole so it is a bit shaky. The cords are extremely long, which is good if you need that. We have our wrapped up a bit. The lampshades are very nice as well. The floor lamp is fine and is tight between the pole and bulb, so not a problem with that lamp. I would have given these lamps five stars except for the loose fit of the table lamps. The table lamps I thought used 3 way light bulbs but when I put one in it did not work, but when you use the switch one turn and no light comes on second turn and the light comes on, don't know why the 3 way does not work in either lamp. But in the floor lamp the 3 way works. So now I just put a 100 watt bulb in and will turn it twice before it comes on, very strange. But overall the lamps are very nice.. Kathleen. Nanuet, NY. It took about a half hour to set up, it was more finicky than anything. The instructions are vague but you can do it with some thought. After they were put together, they just looked so great and provided the exact right lighting I wanted, I want to leave them on all the time. This little lamp looks so cute in my kitchen. My only complaint is how the shade is attached. If you do it according to the instructions, a regular bulb is too large and sticks out above the shade. I really like these lamps. However, the first pair I received turned on spontaneously twice in the first 2 weeks. I "chatted" with Wayfair with much back and forth with either an AI assisted chat or maybe a real person at times. At first, they offered me a 10 % refund. Then 20%. Then they insisted they could not send me new lamps unless I returned the damaged ones. The lamps came tightly packed in styrofoam and there was no way I would be able to package the lamps and send them back. And what would that prove? Were they going to check if I was being truthful? I was a frequent customer of Wayfair since 2020. My first purchase was a desk that came damaged. They sent a new one without any problems. With these lamps, I expected the same service. So the chat said it would be "impossible" to send me new lamps without sending back the old ones. I refused and asked to speak to a manager. After a total of at least an hour of back and forth, I said "I am a frequent customer of Wayfair and I did not receive a replacement set of lamps, I would post a negative comment. Well, guess what? Wayfair agreed to send me new lamps. I was happy with the resolution but annoyed it took me so long for Wayfair to do the right thing. I will continue to shop at Wayfair and I have only had the new lamps for one day so hopefully they won't have the same problem.
