I absolutely love this light! I was worried about it being too gold for the room when I ordered it and did wind up putting a coat of spray paint on it just to soften it a tad. This worked perfectly to provide bright overhead lighting in my home office area, while coordinating with the decor in the room. The included ceiling anchor was weak and the light fell unexpectedly shortly after hanging, which caused two small tears in the paper shade - I recommend using your own extra-sturdy drywall anchor and hook for this. I also created a small paper and tissue cover that fits inside the bottom of the shade, in order to slightly diffuse the harsh LED daylight bulb I used.
