My husband had the missing pieces in the garage among his supply so we were able to go ahead and finish installing them - the missing pieces are up in the ceiling, so not visible, so that part doesn't matter, but wayfair should have charged me the "open box" price for one of the lamps, not the new unopened price.. This pendant works with a sloped vaulted ceiling - and adds a very nice pop of color in our primary bathroom.
