This gem is perfect for my bedroom. The real bonus is the quiet turning blades even at high speed which would be too much for this small space and would be just fine in a much larger room. It did not work with the dimmer switch so that had to be replaced. Awesome upgrade!! It took a few days to arrive & when I received it I initially was worried about the hue of the gold tone...but once it was up I am so happy for the purchase. The installation seemed pretty straightforward out of the box....my handyman put it up fairly quick. Only critique was the battery that came with the remote was dead....so he fumbled with the fan/remote for an extra 10 min thinking something went wrong with the install...only for us to figure out that it was only the battery that was the culprit. This beautiful fan was a great addition to my new kitchen. The blades come out nicely as you turn it on, but I would say that it’s difficult to get it to adjust to a low, comfortable speed all the speed options make it run really fast and blow a lot of air in my kitchen.
