[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tavo collection 52” four blade ceiling fan has a very nice modern look. The box includes the parts necessary. Not included are the needed Phillips and flat head screw drivers or wire cutters/strippers. We had a big issue with the electrical box in the ceiling. It was not the right size, so we had to get new parts. The ceiling fan is very heavy, so you have to be sure you have the correct electrical box to hold it. You definitely have to read and follow the directions. You cannot hang this flush with the ceiling, you must use the downrod to hang this fan. The led light is quite bright, and gives off good lighting. The light does not dim. Simply on and off with the pull of the chain. You can switch the fan to flow reverse in cool weather. The fan has 3 speeds, low, medium, and high. You just pull the chain to your desired speed. This took a couple hours to install, since we needed a different electrical box.
